Use the generator form below to build your custom email signature. The accompanying preview section will show you a real-time sample of how your signature will look. Once you’re finished making changes, click the Generate Signature button to finalize things.
Then you’ll have the opportunity to copy what you built to paste into your favorite email client (see instructions below). There’s also a feature to copy a link to share your custom template with all your colleagues!

Gmail
These instructions will apply your signature to your entire Gmail account. Your signature will be included in any mail you send from a Gmail application.
- Click the Copy signature to clipboard button below the preview pane.
- Open the Gmail website at mail.google.com.
- Go to the main Settings page .
- Under the General tab, paste your signature into the field labelled Signature.
- Click Save Changes at the bottom of the page.

iOS Mail (iPhone/iPad)

- Click the Copy signature to clipboard button below the preview pane.
- Open the Settings app and go to the Mail section.
- Open the Signature settings under the Composing section.
- Choose whether you want to use your new signature on All Accounts or just an individual account you have set up in the app.
- Go to the relevant account's section. Tap and hold the existing signature, then tap Select All.
- Tap Paste. When you paste your signature, Mail will automatically strip it of your original formatting.
- Shake your iOS device to activate the Undo tool.
- Tap Undo to remove any automatic formatting and revert to the style of the signature you pasted.
- Tap < Mail to save the new signature.

MacOS Mail

- Open the Mail app.
- On the Mail menu, select Preferences.
- Under the top Signatures tab, select the account on the left where you want to add your new signature.
- Click the + to add a new signature and give it a name in the middle colum.
- Delete all content in the editor window that may already be there and paste the signature you copied from Email Pal.
- Be sure to uncheck the box below the editor labelled Always match my default message font
- With the correct account selected in the left column, click the Choose Signature pop-up menu, then choose the signature you just created.

Outlook for Windows/PC

- Click the Copy signature to clipboard button below the preview pane.
- Open Outlook and open a new email message.
- Select Signature > Signatures from the Message menu.
- Under Select signature to edit, choose New, and in the New Signature dialog box, type a name for the signature.
- Paste the signature you copied from Email Pal into the Edit Signature box.
- After pasting, make sure to tell Outlook to keep source formatting.

Outlook for Mac

- Open Outlook.
- On the Outlook menu, select Preferences.
- Under Email, select Signatures.
- Double-click Untitled, and then type a name for the signature you created. -or- Select + to add a new signature.
- In the Signature editor, paste the signature you copied from Email Pal
- Choose your newly created signature as the default for the account you're using.

- Click the Copy signature to clipboard button below the preview pane.
- Open Outlook and go to Settings > Mail > Compose & Reply
- Paste your signature into the field labelled Signature.
- Click Save at the top of the window.

- Go to the Yahoo Mail site
- Click the Settings button at the top right, then More Settings at the bottom of the pane.
- Under Writing Email, toggle on the Signature option for the address you're using.
